ASEPTIC POUCH PACKAGING SYSTEM

Aseptic Pouch Packaging System can be coupled with the UHT processing plants of any make. It is cost effective compared to the high cost brick packing machines. This system provides ultimate cost effective packaging solution compared to metal tin packaging. It has a web sterilization chamber where the packaging material is sterilized before the product is filled. It is euipped with CIP (cleaning in place) and SIP ( Sterilization in place)systems to achieve sterility and maintain hygienic conditions. It has flexibility of using variety of packaging material. This system can aseptically pack UHT treated milk, flavoured milk, fruit pulps, fruit juices etc. The packing material used by Aseptic Pouch Packing System is recyclable. Machine available in single or double head version.
